Upon Dr. Lanctot's retirement, Conrad Goulet, M.D., accepted the reins of president of the Guylaine Lanctot Cliniques in Florida in 1990. As medical director of all North American Guylaine Lanctot Cliniques from 1986 to 2003, Dr. Goulet maintained the philosophy of quality medical care at an affordable cost. In 2003 after Dr. Goulet's retirement, the role of president, medical director and now owner of the Guylaine Lanctot Cliniques, was given to Carlos Gonzalez, Jr., M.D., who brought the latest ground breaking technology in vein care, while maintaining the integrity of the Cliniques.

In 2005 the Cliniques were acquired by Gabico Services, Inc. with Dr. Gonzalez staying on as Medical Director, whilie continuing to bring to the clinics his compassion and dedication to the field of advanced vein care.. Dr. Gonzalez oversees the treatment an average of 200 patients a week.

In addition to sclerotherapy, phlebology and venous surgery , our clinics offers advanced Cosmetic skin care, Botox, Restylane, skin rejuvenation and state of the art laser treatments.  We have also introduced innovative hair restoration for men and women through our Hair Restoration Center and we are the first in South Florida to offer Lipo Dissolve in our Lipo Dissolve Centers.

Dr. Gonzalez is trained in Surgery and Pediatrics having earned his degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical College he went on to his surgical residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center and Pediatrics at Miami Children's Hospital. Dr. Gonzalez is board certified in Florida and a fellow of the American College of Phlebology.
